Opening it the first time

ByteVoice is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens normally. If macOS ever asks, choose Open - you only see that once.

Permissions it will ask for

Microphone to hear you, and Accessibility to type the result into whatever app you’re in. Both are granted in System Settings › Privacy & Security, and ByteVoice walks you through it on first launch.
